Living in the Hampton Roads area has inspired us and many of our brides to have water-inspired (especially nautical) wedding invitations. Unfortunately, we've never been able to combine our love of the holidays with our love of nautical wedding invitations...until now. We teamed up with some other awesome local vendors for a styled shoot (featured on Tidewater and Tulle) that combines our love of everything nautical with an added touch of holiday spirit.
The entire style shoot was designed using gold and charcoal gray. We encompassed the nautical theme with design elements like anchors and compasses in gold, and added a touch of charcoal gray to give it a soft, winter feel.
Our menu and pennant place cards continued to complement the invitation suite, and even more so complimented the delicious desserts by Sweet Temptations Dessert Cafe.
Finally, the table numbers continued the use of gold to highlight the beautiful tables. Plus, can we please pause and admire the beautiful photo (credit: Jami Thompson Photography) of the bride (gown from Maya Couture on Main) and groom running down the dock outside of The Water Table?
Be sure to check out the full blog post detailing everything from the decor to the florals to the venue on Tidewater and Tulle. You can check it out here!
